I don’t play poker, but I do know that having 3 like cards is a good thing. As for motive power consists, any time I can catch a train with 3 identical units, that’s a good thing also.

I've had an interest in railroading as long as I can recall. I've created this site to share the images I've collected, along with some of my thoughts, about current and vintage railroading in the Southwest U.S.
I live in Sugar Land, a suburb of Houston, with my wife Delia. We have two sons. Andy, 23, is a Fort Worth Service Unit conductor for the UP. Eric, 19, is in his last year of the Ford Automotive Tech program at San Jacinto College.
